8k Top Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8k top platform, including the website at 8k-top.club, any associated mobile applications, and all games and services offered through the platform. By creating an account on 8k top or by using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 8k top platform. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the 8k top app.

8k top reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the 8k top platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 8k top platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 8k top or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 8k top platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

8k top does not knowingly allow minors to register or use the platform. If we discover that an account has been registered by a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any balance — including deposits and winnings — will be forfeited. 03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on 8k top. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. This information is used for account verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Before your first withdrawal, 8k top requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a government-issued ID document. This is a one-time process. Accounts that cannot be verified will not be permitted to withdraw funds.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential.
• 8k top will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password.
• Any activity on your account before you report a security breach is your responsibility.

04 Deposits

All deposits on 8k top are processed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). The accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No international payment cards, bank transfers from outside Bangladesh, or third-party payment processors are accepted at this time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 8k top, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 8k top account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 8k top does not charge a fee on deposits. Your mobile payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your gaming balance.

8k top reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, the deposit may be reversed and the associated winnings voided.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 8k top are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different account or a different person's account. All withdrawals are paid in BDT.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to two hours. 8k top does not impose a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
• 8k top reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is a pending investigation into your account activity.
• If a withdrawal has not arrived within two hours of approval, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

8k top offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

All bonuses on 8k top carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before you claim it.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
• 8k top reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If 8k top determines that a player is abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the offer terms.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

Each game available on 8k top operates under its own published rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. 8k top is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and andar bahar — are conducted by real dealers on camera. Outcomes are determined by physical action (card draws, wheel spins) and are final once the round is closed. No disputes regarding live dealer outcomes will be accepted after the round has ended and the result has been confirmed on screen.

Crash games on 8k top use a provably fair algorithm to determine the multiplier at which each round ends. The algorithm's seed is published before each round begins, allowing players to verify the outcome independently. 8k top does not manipulate crash outcomes.

• Slot games display their RTP percentage in the game information panel. RTP figures represent the mathematical return over a large number of rounds and are not a guarantee of return in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any bets placed will be returned to your account balance.
• Bets placed after a round has officially closed will not be accepted and will be returned.
• 8k top reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical error on the platform.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8k top platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 8k top.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Abusing the bonus system, including through coordinated play across multiple accounts.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8k top staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

8k top reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 8k top or other players.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets until the investigation is complete. 8k top will aim to complete investigations within 14 days. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released.

You may close your 8k top account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided your account is in good standing and fully verified.

10 Privacy & Data
